Beautiful mall, lots of stores, many places and experiences to be had. If you come, plan to spend the day there to be able to see everything! Theirs plenty of food options also, nice restaurants and places for a quick bite. Sears even has it's own coffee shop!

The mall had had it's ups and downs over the years but is getting more interesting stores now. They have a Torrid now and my girlfriend loves Torrid. I normally go onto Spencer's or hot topic or the GameFather. Good selection of Rick and Morty and The Walking Dead gear. Good food options and a great coffee place inside.

It's quiet busy. Enjoyed the walk through with my husband. Stopped in at a few shops. We found plenty of interesting things to buy.

Nice mall that is not run down and still has open stores in it. One of the better malls I have been too. Not to big and pretty clean plus it has about any store you would think a mall should have in it. Lots of parking and central located in hickory.

Not a lot of stores to choose from. Its a very outdated mall and It’s nothing compared to the malls here in charlotte, where I live. There’s only like 20 clothing stores to choose from.. there’s some pretty cool stores in this mall but there’s NOT a wide selection. A good quality mall should have at least 70 clothing stores to choose from. This mall is NOTHING like malls in the city, so that’s why it sucks. Ive heard that the New York and company store closed down here recently, because it wasn’t getting enough business that’s pretty unproductive. A lot of COMMON stores have closed down in this mall because the stores don’t make enough sales in this area, because it’s a lower income community. I wish hickory could become a more developed, productive area, like Charlotte and Raleigh. This economy is getting out of hand. People deserve to have more than 20 stores to choose from when they go to a mall

Very nice mall. Clean and well cared for. Great collection of stores and businesses in one location. Food court is clean and has good representation.

Needs much updating. Never enough help on Black Friday. Family oriented now that all the bars are out. The carousel is cool for the younger ones.the place would die without Spencer's and hot topic.

I love to go see what sales r going on, mall is always neat n I Love that they have the Lil kids rides on the train n Lil single animal riding toys. Great place to shop N Or just window shop.

Love bringing my family here to shop. During am hours is ideal to avoid most of the crowd. Be careful of getting haggled at the kiosks. Great place to shop for plus size clothing. Great spots are: Belks, The Buckle, Lane Bryant, Torrid, Maurice's, Rue21. I love the soft play yard to let my kids work off extra energy and to socialize.

After just moving to the area and used to much bigger malls this one was clean and busy. What I found most appealing was there really was only one empty store, was pleasantly surprised to see that many businesses open.

Awesome food court with a variety of selections. The mall itself has everything you would expect to find in a mall. My only complaint is that I saw at least 5 stores that were closed and had no signs of what stores would be replacing them. Hopefully they'll get some stores that can stay in business.
