This is a very interesting Mall, because instead of making an incredibly lengthy structure, the built more upwards. What this means is that walking from beginning to end of it is not a massive chore. They have about every shop you would expect and a standard Mall these days. The food court is nothing special, but I think that's kind of the point of food courts. Average, easy food. The staff at the kiosks that line the center of the Mall walkway are, however, extremely aggressive. I found this to be so annoying that it took away from the entire experience. I don't enjoy being harassed every 10 feet. I understand that things are difficult in such malls these days in terms of making a buck, but come on guys this is a little ridiculous.

Fairly nice as malls go. Nothing really remarkable about the stores, they are the same you would find in most every mall, but the place is always clean. Even the food court is reasonably clean.

My wife makes me go to the mall sometimes. Last night my youngest talked to Santa with his mom there. My oldest and I snooped around the mall because it was his birthday. I expected it to be crowded, long lines, and anxious shoppers. I hate the mall. The mall is an automatic one star for me at best. Yesterday my experience proved opposite from my expectation. I had a pleasant experience. The Santa line was quick, the shoppers were amiable, and the crowd was balanced just so it felt busy but you could browse at your own pace through minimal congestion. Merry Christmas!

Bland on the outside. Better on the inside. 3 stories. Not high end, but it'll do for Greensboro. 3.5/4 rounded up (barely). Better restaurants and anchor stores as well as general upkeep will be required in the next decade otherwise it won't keep the ratings up.

Although I live fairly close, 20-25 minute drive, I rarely get to go to Four Seasons. It was easy to get in and out of Four Seasons, I was extremely lucky to find good parking this close to Christmas. I was short on time as I was going to a concert at the coliseum in the afternoon, and the decent parking and easily finding what I was looking for was a godsend. All the stores that I needed to visit were in the same area and right by where I parked so it was serendipitous. The mall was clean and organized despite the huge Christmas crowd. Each shop that I entered the employees were smiling, friendly, and patient. I commend all these employees for maintaining a smile and patience, despite some shoppers being difficult. Definitely recommend it!

It's a decent shopping mall. It's a large three story which you don't see that often anymore. But there's some cool shops in there I'll definitely go back to visit.

Large well kept mall. It was quite crowded when we were there. There is a great food court, and plenty of stores to choose from. Be careful however, there have been shootings here on rare ocasions. I did see a few security guards walking around to help detur crime.

With a variety of stores it is a nice place to shop; however it is a pro and a major con that stores are often moving or changing. Consistency matters to shoppers

Wow this mall is always live with activity. Lots of people every day. This is a place to shop and hang out with family and friends. When I was younger I used to come hang out there in the food court with my friends. Fast forward to 20+ years later and it's still like that😉

Food court is always dirty, a lot of closed up storefronts. Maybe it will improve when they build the Dave and Buster's. The two shootings also didn't help my rating. The stores that are there are great and everyone there is friendly.

This is an older mall with two anchor stores, Penneys and Dillards. They have three floors, a good food court, a Starbucks, and a large number of shoe stores. They weren't crowded when we visited and the people were friendly and helpful. But it is an older mall and seems to be struggling.

This mall is huge. It's three levels and I still haven't been able to get around all of them and I been three times already. It has something for everyone. Not many plus stores. Shoe stores are great. They have a variety of foods in the food court.

Nice mall. 3 floors and nice open spaces. I was impressed with the cleanings of the restrooms by the food court. Some of the store units were empty which made it feel not all there yet. The AMPHITHEATRE on the ground/4th floor was nice and has seating for live events.
