They've FOULED out with me. Told I needed a $400 brake light auxulliary replacement after a $90 diagnostic test. One year. Went across town and passed the state inspection. Then asked them to prepare bmw for road by adding window fluid. They did just that but when I was dead into my road trip and needed the fluid--- nothing came out. Did Chad really state I didn't ask them to fix this. Umh you didn't tell me the fluid didn't come out. Please check things out BEFORE paying for your services performed at valley auto. Then I shopped around and learned it was not ONLY the bulb needing to be replaced in one----and valley wanted to charge me $400----the other taillight ONLY needs a SOCKET ordered to hold the bulb. So we're talking $800 valley auto attempted to get out of me for a job that my new mechanic only charged me to date was less than $16 while I await the socket estimated to run $25. WHAT. I had finished. My new mechanic said he'll CLEAN the hose to allow the fluid to flow through to the wind shield. AVOID valley auto!!!!

Great experience overall!!! Ron and Wayne helped me out every step of the way and didn't waste a minute of my time. I even got almost $2K over the Kelly Blue Book value for my trade in! I would most definitely recommend Valley to anyone looking for a ride!

Perfection! I love this place so much! I had no plans to make a car payment, but I was given such a great deal that I couldn't resist. Once this car is payed off, I will return to purchase another vehicle. 1000% satisfaction.
