Food is usually great. Every time we go the service is usually not so great. I know our drinks sat on the bar for over 10 minutes as the waiter walked by numerous times before I took it upon myself to grab them. Maybe we always hit it during a shift change, but it has been 3 consecutive times where the service was unexceptional. Thank goodness the food is good or else I would not come back.
I’ve been to the Wing Company a few times in the last year and overall it’s not a bad place to eat. The service and quality of food has improved significantly within the last couple months. I stopped in for lunch today and the server was great, quick to refill drinks and taking orders. I had a ordered a burger and it came out basically raw. My server noticed without me telling her and she and the manager came to my table and apologized for the burger and paid my bill and offered to fix me a new burger. I was very impressed by the service today and would say it is considerably better than it has been in the past. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.
I really want to give 0 stars honestly. Saying that the service was horrible would be implying that service was even given. When my husband and I walked in, there were two employees decorating the tree and about 5 people at the bar. We seated ourselves and waited about 10 minutes for someone to come by but noone came to the table. We were the only ones seated at a table everyone else was at the bar getting waited on perfectly. Not even sure if there was a waiter working bc we never saw one. The only time anyone ever acknowldge us is when we walked out and one of the employees said have a good one, even though they saw us walk in about 10 minutes earlier. Definitely not going back there.
when this place first opened it was so good I'd tell all my friends and family about it and make sure they try it when. they came to town. That lasted about 6 months since then it has taken a huge fall to one of the most uncomfortable places to eat. They don't make you feel welcome at all. They don't look at the table to see of you need food. You'll have to wait 15 minutes to get a refill on your drink. Unless you're one of the bikers that is a regular where all the staff hangs out with outside you'd be better off serving yourself drinks. They have since moved to really awkward plates that don't make sence for a wing and burger place. So between the floor that sticks to your shoes , the only getting one napkin (At a WING place), and having waitresses that are more concerned bout how they look walking through the restaurant than actually working, I have to say this is the worst place to eat in Cameron NC.
Great food and even better service!! Ashley was awesome!! I had the medium hot chicken tenders and legendary fries.mouthwatering! I'll definitely be back!!!!
This place is so yummy! Great food! Sadly I could only give it 4 stars because the music was way too loud, and the bathroom was really gross. But the food was good. I got sweet and spicy wings and fries, and I loved them. The boneless wing are very small, so I recommend getting wings with bones. My brother got a slam burger And he said it was really good.
Good food. Quick service. A little loud from all the sports channels playing (typical of a sports bar)
Good food, good beer selections, friendly wait staff. Floor surface can be slippery when it's humid. Good sports options and music.
Yummy food. New plates for the new wing co. Love the chill and fun atmosphere. Priced for the taste. Come visit. Then go get froyo at Jellybean.
Fried pickles were amazing. Food was excellent. Just wish they had a better stereo, a loud music bar should sound good!
Drink specials and dinner specials are pretty good. Most recently they changed the military discount to where only the managers can approve it due to in house misuse of discount, revealed to us by our sub par sever. He told us he wasted five minutes of his life and couldn't find the manager so we won't be receiving the discount.
Wow! The Chicken Philly was friggin awesome! Get the Carolina ranch sauce on it. Incredibly flavorful. The scotch ale from southern pines was getting a bit stale- I blame the local populace for not keeping the tap fresh enough though. It's a good beer even half fresh, but not at $6.25 per pint. Get the 24oz for $7.50 Cheers.
