VCS is friendly and extremely clean. I was impressed with their customer service and the time they took to explain everything. I felt comfortable and safe. Will def come back for another study if allowed!!!!

I had a great experience coming here for a study. The staff was always very polite and positive. I even came one day for an appointment without knowing their office was closed and they accommodated for my schedule (plus I got a little gift). The space is very clean as well which is always a plus!

So glad I found Validated Claim Support. They are extremely professional and welcoming. A really great environment. Become part of their testing panel and get paid for participating in their product testing. It’s been a great experience and I get rewarded for using great quality products.

My experience here was very positive and I'm so thankful I was able to do a study with this company. They are professional, knowledgeable and truly care about their clients and their health and well being. I loved how pleasant it was from start to finish, the product I was able to treat was amazing and I got paid to use it! Many thanks to Ashley at the front desk for being very friendly and always greeting me with a smile and Pia who was so smart and helpful. You guys are the best!

This facility has a warm friendly environment. Their staff are welcoming and answer all questions. They care about the well being of their panelists and pay promptly when each study has been completed. Definitely would reccomend coming in and signing up.
