  In from out of state and entire family is sick. Got in very promptly and tested for strep, Covid and flu. Negative for all. Got steroids and Rx and was out really fast. Very professional and caring. Will visit again if needed while here. Great staff and doctor. I’m a difficult patient because of my many allergies but they worked diligently to help me feel better. Great place to go if needed.

  I’m always blown away by the extremely professional service we get here. As soon as we enter the front desk staff are very welcoming and helpful. They are quick to check you in. Our wait time as never been more than 5 min. The doctors, technicians, and nurses have always been so respectful, professional and caring. I’m very grateful for this ER and the great service they provide for my kiddos and I !!!!

  Despite the visit being tough because of the pain our daughter was in and then the shock of what the diagnosis may be, I was so appreciative of how we were treated and the ease of explaining everything to us in a very easy to understand manner. The tech who did her CT scan was exceptionally thorough and very patient. Our daughter vomited and he was like, “just another day on the job”. Our nurse was so sweet and made sure our daughter was comfortable and informed. Our doctor was just AWESOME. What he explained was shocking to both my daughter and I…BUT he made us feel completely comfortable and safe. Thank you for hiring people who do great taking care of their patients and exude professionalism. I wish I took their names down. 🤦🏻‍♀️

  Phenomenal experience. No waiting and staff was so nice. Most important nurses and doctor were like NO other. My 8 year old didn’t even want to leave they were so amazing, funny, sweet and compassionate. Along with right on with the diagnosis, they got us transferred to hospital seamlessly!!! My husband had already had a wonderful experience here years ago. Can’t recommend Prestige enough for any age!!!! They are simply the best!

  Outstanding Service and patient care! I went to Prestige ER for abdominal pain. The registration process was amazing. Everything is electronic via your phone. I was immediately greeted by my nurse and taken to a room. The staff and doctor made me feel relaxed and answered all my questions. Great team that works quickly and effectively.
