Bring your lunch and perhaps even dinner..
3 out of 3 of my appointments have been a minimum of one hour and up to one and a half hours.
If it's a matter of life or death their lounge would be a crappy placed to be laid to rest.response / report this review -

It took me over a month and a half just to get into this place and then I got here 30 minutes prior to my 10:30 a.m. appointment as asked and it's past 12:00 p.m. and I still haven't been seen. If I could have left and didn't need to be seen in would have. I didn't expect to spend my entire day here! This is absolutely ridiculous.

Something has changed there. I know they hired this billing clerk who is the most rude person I have ever met. One day while I was trying to be seen all of the girls in the office were having their cars cleaned so patients had to wait till all of the girls handed their keys over. It is clearly more about them than about us. I refuse to go back since I don't appreciate being treated like they are doing ME a favor! I hate it because I really like the doctors and nurses but if they are more concerned about money than patients then I may as well go to Valdosta Medical Clinic which is clearly a cattle herding process. I wish someone would complain to the doctors

Despite what Judy says back in 2006---I've been going to Dr. Smith ever since I was about 9 years old. He knows what he's talking about when it comes to my health care needs. He's the best in Valdosta. Dr. Smith will make you feel comfortable and truly pays attention to your health and health history. My mom trusts him completely and he knows of her serious health issues that may be genetic with me. So I feel 100% relieved after visiting him. Dr. Smith is highly recommended. I always try to get him and not any other cold "newbie" doctors that make me feel shunned. He's truly the best family doctor in Valdosta. I've never had any financial issues with him EVER. When it comes to the fact that I'm in town for only a few days, he will consider getting some procedures done quickly- like a possible malignant mole removal in one day because I do have a history of skin cancer in my family. I know no one else knows my body and family history as well as Dr. Smith does. I wish there were more of him, so I can have him go over my cases every time I end up going to the walk in clinic when I come in town from college!!!
