  I called because I have a sick kitten and asked would they help because what it has at this stage is treatable but they said if I brought the kitten in because it was sick they would just put it down. I wish I could give this place a zero!!!

  The people here are very caring and efficient in their job. I go on a regular basis as I am looking for my lost dog. They have always been very courteous and helpful as well as sympathetic to my plight. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to adopt.

  Dirty and smells awful. Puppies stepping in their own poop/kitties with hardened pieces of waste in their fur. Rude and unwelcoming customer service. Unclear refund policy. I have no idea where the $125 adoption fee is going, but it's definitely not going towards taking care of the animals, or the establishment. Absolutely heartbreaking.

  I dont know why this place has so many bad reviews about their staff. When I went there they were nice amazing polite respectful and wonderful. I didnt find what I was looking for but if I did I would have totally adopted a pet from there I suggest you to go there they are amazing

  Adopted a sweet puppy from these guys and got nothing but kindness from them. I was looking over all the reviews and was hesitant going here but everyone was super helpful and very sweet. They chiped him, got him neutered and was able to take him the next day. Not sure why so many people had issues. I'd be happy to adopt from them again. 🤗🐕

  I went to look for a lost pet today and the staff was so helpful and nice. They gave me a lot of suggestions to help us find him. I also adopted my other best friend from this shelter!

  I don't know why there's so many negative reviews for this animal shelter and it's employee's. I have been dealing with this shelter and the folks that work there for over 18 years and they have never been anything but nice, polite and very courteous. They're good folks that have a difficult job to do and they do it well, they are very professional and kind to people and show great compassion to the many animals that they take in. I would highly recommend adopting a pet from this shelter
