We have rented with Herndon for the past 3 years and had a great experience overall. I have no complaints. Everyone was always helpful when I had questions and very polite. Any concerns I had were always addressed in a timely manner. We are a military family and they were great with working around our crazy schedules and timing of our PCS move. Would definitely rent from them again if ever back in Valdosta.

New to the rental property game and did not leave a good review initially, but now understand more of what's going on. So for that I apologize. Had some bad advice I wish I didn't take from another source, but totally on me. This company actually did a super good job at getting my house rented out and does a great job taking care of it. In the military and often on the road and traveling abroad so they have helped alleviate this worry of not being close by to do anything They kept up good communication during the hurricane too which was nice. Thank you for y'alls help.

Nathan was a great help during the whole process. We looked at a lot of houses in a short amount of time and was willing to meet us when we could. He was able to get everything resolved ahead of our deadline which was a great help. Would recommend anyone to work with him!

We met Larry Mercer after seeing a home in Ray City that we were considering as an investment propertyHe was the listing agent. The home was under contract so we asked him if he would be willing to work with us on finding another in the Moody AFB area of Valdosta. Even though the homes we were looking at were all priced less than $120,000 and Larry wouldn't receive a huge commission from his time with us, you would have thought we were looking at half million dollar properties from the way he handled every potential home we looked at. He was thorough, knowledgeable, efficient and extremely hard working. He was with us personally all the way through the signing at the closing attorney's office and even took time the day after closing to help us locate the property corners at the home we purchased so that we could build a fence. Wish we could give more than 5 stars to Larry. And a note to the Herndon Company, don't let this guy retire!!

Whitney Sharpe sold my home in just a few weeks. Was always available to answer any questions we had about the process. She even gave us staging ideas and it worked!!! My house sold very quickly. I would highly recommend The Herndon Company for anyone needing to sell or buy. Also had experience with the rental department- wonderful staff always willing to help. You can rent the perfect home or they will be happy to rent your home-whatever you need The Herndon Company Real Estate & Propery Management is the "ONLY" option. 👍👍

Whitney is a great person to work with. We tried selling our house by ourselves for a month but did not sell. We then contacted Whitney and within a month she found a buyer for our house. We highly recommend her if you need to sell your home.

Sarah Parker went above and beyond to make our home buying AND selling process a true joy! Her guidance through the whole process and connections with reliable and trustworthy third parties was amazing! I would definitely recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling their home!

Suzanne Montgomery with The Herndon Company is an amazing realtor. I was not the easiest client because I really had no idea what I was looking for when we started the process but Suzanne was very knowledgeable and patient with me the entire time. She listened to my needs and gave great advice. My daughter and I now have an amazing home in the perfect location thanks to Suzanne!

I came into town with only a limited amount of time to look at houses before having to return to Illinois, so most of the legwork would have to be taken care of by phone. Larry showed me all the houses I wanted to see and never pressured me to go above budget. He was patient and helpful throughout the process and represented my interests well as a buyer's agent. He kept me informed throughout the process, ensured we closed on time, and helped me and my family get into a great home at a great price. If I were buying another home in the area I wouldn't hesitate to call Larry Mercer and the Herndon Company.

Whitney is absolutely wonderful to work with! We are new to the area and had many questions about finding reliable contractors and Whitney was a great resource in helping us. She was readily available and quick to respond. Super nice and very knowledgeable with all aspects of the realty process. Can't go wrong having her as your realtor!!

The Herndon Company gets a five star rating from us because they were professional, efficient, thorough and answered all of our questions. Larry Mercer sold our house quickly and he had to deal with many obastacles along the way. He is the only person we will work with in the future I highly recommend Larry and The Herndon Company. Whitney Sharpe is amazing! I had been looking for a house for 2 years, it only took her a day to find exactly what I was looking for. She made the process quick and easy by setting up all inspections, helping pick a great legal team, and taking care of anything that I needed. I never once felt rushed or pushed to make any decision. You can tell that she loves her job and cares about her clients. If you are looking for someone who isn't just trying to sell you a house, but to help you find a home then Whitney is your girl!

My property had been on the market for some time with little activity. I received a call from Steven Mathis after my listing had expired and listed the property with him immediately. Within 4 months my property was sold and closed with no issues! I highly recommend Steven Mathis if you have a property you want listed. He works hard and always keeps you informed of the status. Working with Whitney Sharpe has been awesome. She sold my previous house and found my dream home in a very short time. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process.
