Great service. Best bike store in Vail !

We asked to rent bikes for the afternoon. On the phone they offered to rent them before they close and we would return them by locking them to the shop. We organized our day around that, then when we showed up at the shop, they told us that they can't rent the bikes anymorethey also made up some excuses about the bikes being disassembled (although they seemed to have just taken the pedals off before we came).

Best shop in Vail. Awesome deals on rentals! All the employees went above and beyond to provide a great rental experience! Highest quality service in vail. Plus the perfect location near the gondola and ticket office. Don't go anywhere else weather you're looking for rentals, retail or service.

Great selection of rental bikes ranging from roadies to full downhill bikes. Sent us on a great ride along the river will come in next time we vista Vail next summer!!!

Best Service and mechanics in the Vail Valley! Highly recommend! plus location at the base of gondola 1 is perfect! Bought my new Devinci Troy from them!
