I've had to take my dog to the Castle Dale clinic a couple of times while camping in Joes Valley. Both times they were super polite, Kylie (whom I'm assuming is a front desk clerk) was super sweet and empathetic. She was super easy to talk to and gave me some really good advice and directions on how to get there. Also Dr.Gilbert was awesome enough to come to the castle dale clinic the last time I went even though she was supposed to be the on call vet for the price clinic. I could tell they genuinely cared about my dog. Also both times they made the treatments super affordable and didn't charge me any ridiculous fees like a lot of other vets do they only had me pay for the treatment and meds of my dog. I honestly would take my dog here every single time he needed to see the vet if I didn't live so far away

At first I thought they were great until I realized a very foul smell coming from my dog. She had broken her leg, well they had put the splint on way too tight and she had 4 very deep pressure wounds. I was able to fix her up myself. Also, they are hard to get ahold of and there is never anyone sitting at the front desk to help you, you always have to wait forever for someone to come up.

So blessed to have found Dr. Jensen and his staff. They took my sweet baby girl in on a emergency visit and saved her life!! They are amazing!! I can't thank them enough!! Highly recommend them!!

Today reinforced our 5 star review of this clinic. After reaching an extremely hard decision regarding our dog a week ago we received a hand written card from the entire staff. So thankful for all of their wonderful, caring staff!
