A full five star rating from our business to yours !
Every time I walk in to your store for product or service, I'm greeted with a smile and friendly inquiry about how is business and what my needs are. With a well knowledged staff, I'm in and out with great product, comparable prices and a promise to have whatever services rendered be completed and on time. If I bring my husband, we are a good hour in the store with all the machines and man tools!!
We sincerely appreciate the quality people and timely manner in which you operate this particular store!!

I brought my Vacuum in for service and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they were able to get it fixed. I also learned a lot and ended up buying a new Vacuum. LOVE LOVE LOVE THE CLEANING PRODUCTS.

This place was absolutely horrible to work with. They had our Dyson DC 50 for 3 weeks almost and still did not fix it. My husband had to go and pick it up from them and pay $40 for work that was not even completed. I then had to turn around and send my vacuum to Dyson to be properly repaired. I am disgusted at the customer service or lack there of. While they had my vacuum I had to go buy a new one just so I could clean my home. They never called us to let us know it was ready or to update the status we had to call them. We will never ever go back their. I will also make sure none of my family or friends use them. This place is horrible and unprofessional and out to rob you blind. Lucky for me I am smarter than they are. After I get my vacuum back from Dyson this will be taken further
