I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Erica at the Greenwood store, for the excellent service she provided me last week. I was in Indy from out of town and I was extremely busy at work, with no time to spare, Ms. Erica delivered my watch to my hotel on her day off.
Ms. Erica's professionalism and customer service exceeded my expectations.
Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with Reis-Nichols for years to come.

Can't thank Dan enough from all the help he has given me and my family. Dan sold me a new watch years ago and when it was time to buy my wife one to commemorate the birth of our first child there was only one person to call. I was use to him being in the keystone location, but once I found out he was down in Greenwood it was well worth the drive. Thank you Dan for the great service over and over!

My husband and I have worked with Dan Bergman for nearly 20 years. His honesty, professionalism, creativity and guidance are outstanding. I continue to use Dan for all my jewelry needs even though we are now 1400 miles away - wouldn't trust anyone else!!

We first used Reis-Nichols for our engagement/wedding rings in 2004/2005. Recently, we came back for upgrades, which included a custom engagement ring. Kathleen and the team go above and beyond the expected to make sure we get exactly what we want and are satisfied with our purchases. Each trip we make to the store is met with a smiling face, and it's clear the staff and owners are dedicated to making customers happy. This is the only place we shop, and we never regret it. Neither will you.

Brent is always so friendly and knowledgeable! He greets me with a smile and is able to recall our last conversation. He remembers my boyfriend's and my birthday! He is able to hand pick items that he knows is perfect for us! Without Brent's help, I would be lost! Thanks for everything as always!

Without question, Reis-Nichols earns your business. Their staff is friendly, their selection is wonderful, and if you don't know anything about jewelry, like myself, they can teach you. Michele, the store manager, took time out of a few of her days to help me pick the perfect engagement ring. My fiance loves the ring, and when it didn't fit right, they got it resized in the same day! You don't need to go anywhere else!

Rachel at Reis Nichols is FANTASTIC! I cannot speak highly enough about her and the entire team at Reis Nichols. When my husband and I were shopping for rings our first and only stop was Reis Nichols. Right from hello they make you feel welcome and comfortable. Rachel was easy to bounce ideas off and give you honest feedback. There is not a better team in the Indy area. If you are looking for anything jewelry related do yourself a favor and stop by Reis Nichols. Not only did we purchase my engagement ring there we also purchased two bands, my husband’s wedding band, a necklace that was my wedding gift, and another necklace for our anniversary. Rachel played an integral part in helping my husband choose the right piece and makes sure everything runs smoothly. My wife wanted a 2nd band to compliment her wedding band. I went in to Reis-Nichols to see what they could do for us. They crafted a perfect match. The cool part is that they made it here in Indiana. How cool is that!! My only regret is not going to them first. Try them out you will not regret it. Erica and Marleen helped me with this ring they are great.

Nothing but positive things to say here, we went in with no knowledge and coming out I felt sure I had made the right decision with my purchase. The "bang for the buck" was obvious compared to other jewelers. We shopped around afterwards because she did no know i had purchased anything and after being taken care of so well, we only lasted 10-15 min in other jewelers. RACHEL MARTIN took very good care of us! No pressure, no hidden anything, she let us tell her what we were looking for and she showed us options and tips and tricks to be practical while also getting a great deal! I highly recommend seeing her before going anywhere else! Thank you Rachel and Reis-Nichols team!

Every time I go in the staff is super friendly and helpful. My husband has bought a few pieces from there over the years, so when I go to have them cleaned annually they do a wonderful job and get the pieces back to me in a quick and timely manner. I would definitely recommend shopping for jewelry there.

Reis-Nichols is, without doubt, the most customer oriented jewelry store I have encountered in literally decades. Truly a first class operation, they embody the philosophy of complete customer satisfaction. Working with sales representative Brent has proven to me that customer oriented service, in an upscale professional atmosphere, does still exist. There was absolutely no high pressure and the quality of their products, coupled with extensive product knowledge, made for a truly remarkable experience. I will definitely use them for any future jewelry investments and without reservation recommend them to my friends.
