Place it always clean, have seem staff cleaning washers and facility. Friendly, helpful staff. Always have a good experience with staff and other customers. Would highly recommend!

They quoted me one price to clean my dress and then called me to tell me it would be more. I came and picked up my dress and had it done elsewhere.

BEWARE- They will change their prices on you without notice! I am military & also a federal officer. After being quoted a $4 price for my federal uniform, & after a few transactions at this rate, I was randomly charged nearly $15!!!! For ONE uniform! They said I didn't qualify & wouldn't honor the last price. I'm taking my business elsewheresomewhere where military & government officers are appreciated. Shame on you guys!

The machines are very clean & there are plenty to choose from so you don't have to wait. There is a vending machine for snacks & drinks, plus it is in walking distance of Subway. There is a change machine on site. One medium sized load of laundry cost me $5 to wash & dry.

We love Milto. They pick up our dirty clothes at the office and return them two days later--fresh, clean, and crisp. And, the best thing, it doesn't cost any more than if I dropped them off. My shirts are pressed without feeling stiff or oily like other cleaners I've used in the past. I would highly recommend Milto to anyone that wants to look their best or anyone that's just wants to free up all the time they spend on washing and ironing.

I use milto's pickup and delivery service. Twice a week, they pick up my dirty items (and then bring my clean ones back). It's super handy, and it doesn't coast anything extra for to-your-door service. No brainer.

It would be nice if milto delivered on their promises. Had attitude when I dropped jackets off, said they would be ready after 5 Wednesday, and was told it would be another week when I arrived during a storm to pick my items today (Friday). No real apology or discount offered, they just offered to give back the items with the buttons removed (seriously). The location on 135 in Greenwood has no class, no clue, does not honor their promises and I will not use them again.

Had a dress w/jacket w/price tags. It hung in closet a while so it had some spots on shoulder. It was basically clean except for those spots. Picked it up got home found the left shoulder had a blue looking dye on it, returned it picked it up a week later, they never touched, waited another week picked it up now blue dye is still on it & now the yellow is faded. Get a call and manager said something had to be on it prior to them receiving it or in the material when made. Funny that the right shoulder spots gone and looks fine. They would not refund the $21. Be careful what you take there!
