The nail technician broke my phone
. She picked it up a d set it on a stand that wasn't secured and it fell on the floor and shattered. They claim because it was am accident they shouldn't have to pay for it. There is no denying she did it just that she is sorry. This is a $600 fix. I have to replace the phone but since it is new I have to pay the half point of the balance plus the 175 deductible. I'm so mad I cried for about an hour. I'm going to have to sue themresponse / report this review -

This is the WORST salon I've ever been to!!
The building says 4 season nails. I really don't like to write bad reviews but I feel the need to warn others.
I got a full set here. Never again!!
She took soooo long putting them on and drilled a hole through my real nail causing me to bleed! I'm lucky I didn't get infected as she proceeded to put the acrylic into my wound.
On top of that my nails were thick, chunky, and ugly!! I picked out gold sparkles for an accent nail and she painted my nail silver! Then took two gold sparkles and put them there. I didn't want to be rude and make her re paint it. So I paid and left.
For days later one of them popped off!!!! They didn't even last a week.
So I went to get my money back.
She denied she had ever seen me! Said she didn't do it and of course I paid cash so I never got a receipt.
Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.response / report this review
