I’m a newer client of Jabooda and have only visited four times. I really like the results of my mani/pedis and I decided this was my new place. I was there last night for my Christmas manicure and left my wedding rings there. I was the last appointment so by the time I realized it, they were gone for the night. Leaving jewelry worth thousands is a true test of integrity; when I called this morning they told me they have my rings! This is so awesome and in our times of dishonesty and theft it’s outstanding! They have a client for life and I will tell all my friends and family!

I highly recommend Jaboodas. I had Tom do my nails and he was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere was so friendly. And they’re very quick with excellent quality!!

It's so hard finding a great nail place. I won't go anywhere else now. Tom is amazing and always takes great care of me and gives me bomb nails. Everyone always asks where I get them done. Glad I found this gem

The service was super friendly, and no wait time. I've never been more happy with how my nails were done, they look GREAT. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Came in to do a fill. The guy rushed through and knicked my finger several times. He smelled like cigarette smoke. Then told me that it was $40 for a fill when it’s normally $30 at most locally at other salons. I got no color and my nails look awful. He didn’t shape them how I said I wanted them and they’re crooked. Suuuuper bummed to say the least.

I have been going to Jabooda every 3 or 4 weeks since they opened. I have never had a bad experience. They can usually fit you in without an appointment with only a 5 or 10 minute wait. I love this place!

My daughter and I got a pedi and manicure yesterday. Our first time there and we agreed we would both go again. They were very friendly, professional and we love our results.
We also loved the massaging chairs while getting the pedicure! No knicks, no blood. Just beautiful nails.response / report this review -

Visited this salon yesterday to replace a gel manicure, adding a paraffin treatment to the manicure. Was terribly disappointed and won't go back. The technician nicked my skin multiple times which drew blood. The paraffin was so hot when first applied it burned my hands. Their approach to my service was rushed and painful. There were distractions with walk-ins throughout my service though I had a set appointment. Not good service and little or no concern for client comfort and safety.

First off let me tell you DO NOT COME HERE. If you enjoy getting cut over and over again. Or enjoy getting crappy manicures please be my guest and try this out. If I could post pictures I would so you could see this catastrophe. Got charged $31 for the crappiest and one of the most painful manicures ever. Seriously please do not come here. Ever.

Great service and going above and beyond to get to "Yes". I spoke with Mia and explained that I live in Salem, OR and wanted to do something special for my future daughter-n-law who wedding is this Sat. She was able to "make it happen" Customer service at its best!
