We love our Doctor there is really good to all the cats and dogs that come in there
Dr. Pringle is an awesome caring Doctor Brought my dog in with seizures and he knew exactly what to do to stop them and keep them under control until we could get her started on medication I highly recomend him at this location in Ocala
This is such a horrible place for a number of reasons . first and foremost is the techs there is no one certified on staff, second is the main doctor who is thr most cocky arrogant. Pos Ive ever encountered. She will boast she is a medical director.. But the cold hard truth. Is she is honestly. A basic mediocre vet . who past routine spays and neuters will in all honesty. Will recomnd you and you're pet visit UF emergency room where you will spend twice the money. The so called medical director is to worried about playing favorites with certain clients instead of treating everone as a equal.. Past that the most horrible. Part is the so called head tech ended the lives of two different pets that came in for routine check ups within a week of each other. Giving the reputation you're pet will walk in for. A check up and leave in a bodybag do to her neglect of knowledge of what she is doing. Please I beg you spare you're self the heartbrake and the possibility of you're pet looseing its life choose to take them any where else but this horrible. Place
Dr. Ashley Boyd is the best vet I have ever met. We have small and large animals that sometimes have to be seen while the attending vets are not available, and she's got it covered
Took my Maltese to stay four days. When I picked him up, there was a lady yelling at the staff something about the abuse of her dog while in their care. When they brought my dog out he was covered in urine. I had to bathe him three times to get the stench out. Here it is day 4 since he's been there and now he has a kennel cough from being around an infected dog. I use to leave my dog here but since it changed hands NEVER AGAIN! If you love your pet please don't leave it here. They should be turned in for negligence but honestly I feel getting the word out maybe more helpful to pet owners that love their pets.
Small and very efficient. Friendly, caring staff from the moment you enter to walking out the door. My do went in for a joint problem and they gave him a blanket to lay on in the waiting area - that's caring.
Saw our sick boxer on very short notice. Accurate diagnosis, professionally completed procedure and prescribed and provided medicine. Responsive and caring. I will recommend them to anyone.
Very caring staff
And didn't have to wait forever
Great vet. Mostly friendly staff.awesome doctors.
We used to go to the Hospital out on I-75 and 200. Their condesending attitude by the vets was unacceptable. This is a total contrast to Dr. Boyd. She is amazing. Her surgery on our cat "skittles" was so small that the incision was less that 1/2 ",and the recovery was a breeze. We WON'T go anywhere without Dr. Boyd and her staff, especially Sonia. She is the best tech ever. What a great group of kind people. Thanks!!
This has been our regular vet for our 5 dogs and cat. I have never been heard of a veterinary clinic that turned away a sick dog. Our 8 year old pug started coughing and hacking a day ago and we were hoping to get her seen. The receptionist on the phone said there was not way as they are completely booked all day. Don't you call yourself a hospital? The best they could do is give me an appointment for Monday. I'll guess I'll ask around.
Dr. Boyd is amazing! We took my childhood dog to her and I have continued taking all of our dogs there as an adult. The staff is super caring and they provide great treatment! Highly recommend!!!!
