The only reason I’m giving them 5 stars is because google won’t let me do anymore. This company was absolutely amazing. From the moment I sent the request for the quote the communication was great. Phone calls and emails made it incredibly easy to iron out all the details. The day of the move Ernest, Kelvin, and Michael were the absolute best. They showed up on time, they didn’t waste anytime getting the items wrapped up and put on the truck, and when we got to the new apartment there was not a single complaint about getting everything up to the third floor with no elevator. These guys were hands down the best team I have ever worked with. Next time I move, this company will be the first one I call. I would highly recommend!

They came on time early in the morning. I had a long narrow driveway so I figured they'd have to go all the way to the street but it was no problem. Also, the truck was way bigger than expected so we were able to move everything in only one trip. I expected some of my furniture to have to be disassembled to get out with my narrow hallways but they somehow managed. And things I told them to not be worried about they still wrapped them up and we're very careful with.

These guys are literally the best. Real life savers and worth every damn penny. Our first moving company cancelled day of (and were awful). These guys at family movers not only showed up DAY OF, but were cheaper than the first company, very professional and polite, and got the job done right the first time. This team got me moved down THREE flights at an apartment (including a large safe) and did so quickly and without complaint. I WILL be using this company again for ALL moving needs! Can’t praise them enough!

John on the customer service side was great. The rest of the experience was rough. I thought about not leaving this review, but I don’t want anyone else to go through the experience I had with my movers. The stars are 100% based on the customer service I received from John. It was one of the worst moves of my life and the reason they have such good reviews is because the movers stand there and pressure you to leave the review in front of them, they even hit the five stars and punch their own names in. I removed their names because I don’t wanna just drag anybody.

Spencer and his crew moved us this morning. They were awesome! Very quick, professional, thoughtful and excellent work ethic. I would hire them again, with no hesitation. 5 stars!
