  This company lies to your face and then calls you a liar. I have emails, receipts, and pictures. Then they send a company to deliver your goods that they tell you isn’t a company they are associated with. As if the tweaker “mover” from Las Vegas wasn’t standing in my door way at that very second they were telling me they didn’t have any companies in Vegas.🙄🙄 So many other lies too! Do not use these people! If you for some reason DO NOT let them disassemble all your furniture and then promise you to reassemble it when you get it. The dude that brought it to my new location had NO tools and was on drugs. I took him to Walmart so he could get some and he broke one of my beds and put together my other furniture incorrectly. Never had any problems with any mover like this before!

  I paid for services that I did not receive and I was overcharged for things that I did not need. Eden’s pretended that they could not bring the moving truck up my road and forced me to pay an additional $3,000 dollars upon delivery, though same size trucks have been in front of my house several times since. The movers broke so many of my belongs. They dropped and smashed our boxes as they were unloading. Expensive furniture that I own is now dented and scuffed. They bashed the walls, scratched my new flooring and scraped the paint of my new house. They did not reassemble things the furniture that they had disassembled. Many items were lost in the move. I have requested that this all be addressed multiple times but Eden’s does not care to reimburse me for the overcharges or damages. I would not recommend Eden’s Moving Services to anyone. They are our moving horror story.

  They did a great job moving my sister's furniture and boxes from Colorado to AZ. Nothing broken. Benedict did an excellent job unloading everything by himself into storage. They were efficient loading and unloading moving van.

  Barry was really responsive & up front about fees & pricing. Garry & Danielle were helpful on the customer service side. Movers themselves (Pablo & team at pickup & Duane & team at delivery) were prompt, professional & communicative. Our move went super smooth thanks to everyone’s hard work & professionalism.

  I highly recommend to NOT go with this moving company. Multiple items were broken. The TV stand, the TV, coffee table, console table, as well as many cups. Now we have to file a claim and spend even more time waiting to get reimbursed. This had everything to do with how the movers handled our items. They spent hours wrapping our items, only to deliver them broken. This is beyond frustrating and again, I highly recommend to NOT go with Edens. I don't know how they screen the movers to see if they're qualified or not, but clearly it's not working. They seem to not handle anything with care when they take your items. I never take the time to write reviews, but this moving service was so horrendous I had to take time to let potential future customers know.
