  I've have been a Quill customer for years and although every now and then mistakes do happen, I believe overall they have been very receptive and accommodating to my requests. In addition, the representatives I've spoken to whenever I have called have been very professional and friendly to deal with. They will continue to get my business.

  If you really want your complaints to be resolved go to BBB and file a complaint. They kept calling after I checked their products and didn’t like them because of their quality.
  
  They gave me their products and after a day working with them wanted to return them, the label was issued and I did returned it. It took 2 more months they calling me about the return. That they were gonna put that on the bureaus of credit.
  
  Finally the situation was resolved.
  
  They keep sending this coupons (with the name of an ex-employee) that I don’t want and I opted to be out. Every now and then they call too. It’s so annoying.

  like many other reviews, this one too will not matter. While they are pleasant to deal with, their policies arent. Amazon business, Uline and Staples are much more business friendly and less expensive.

  Very disappointed with ordering from Quill. This is the 3rd try with them and still having issues. Our first time our items were damaged. Our second time half our shipment wasn't delivered when it showed delivered. Was told to wait some more days. Come to find out it was delivered to another office in the lobby area and no one knew it was for anyone as the delivery guys just dropped it against the wall off to the side behind a fake tree! Now again half the order is missing, says delivered, not left at the fake tree in the other office and definitely not at our office. I chat with them and they said tomorrow we should get it (maybe) and we are not in the office. They said they would just drop it outside. Thank you but by the time Monday comes my copy paper (20 reams) will be destroyed from the rain we will get. Hoping they wait until monday to deliver.

  I usually order toner in bulk from Quill.com. I recently purchased 2 High Yield Cannon toners. When I went to use them they did not fit my copier. So I called to exchange them for ones that fit and I was told since they were opened they will not let me return them. At a cost of $182.83 per toner . I had never ordered high yield color toners prior to this order. Their return policy is unreasonable and unfair
