The staff here are good at their workbut also can be kind of shitty at customer serviceso you need to be all smiles to get their help. It's a big space and fast line too.
Beautiful building! But can be kind of chaotic inside.
First time here today and omg I am in love. Finally a nice, quiet, people-friendly, CLEAN and FAST post office ever. Well we aren't in the hood soooo lmao!
3/5 times I have a good experience here. That's pretty extraordinary for USPS
Do NOT come here for passport processing!! Three hour wait!!! The staff here is so inefficient, go to the Hudson street processing center instead.
Passport fee information.
Passports processed here.
Go self-service yourself. ✉
Arrive before they open at 10am to beat the line for passport renewals.
Prettiest post office I've ever been in. Open late and lots of self serve options. Bravo.
Nothing major
Believe me, 10:30 am is THE best time to come if you need to line up.
Helpful staff!
I think this is a great example of depression architecture
A long line here can move quickly. Check how many stations are open.
Apparently you need to supply your own packaging tape nowUSPS must really be hurting.
Went at 3 line moved lightning fast staff seems ok
One of the better POs in the city. I go here rather than the hellhole that is my Brooklyn local. Worth the subway ride.
Bring lunch if you plan to wait on line around noon.
First class all the way
