I come here as often as 3 times per week and always had a great experience. It is very convenient and close to my house. They always try to search for better shipping deals :) the owner and his assistant Aury are very friendly.

What a fantastic service by the staff!!! Ken shops around for me whenever I have packages to mail out to get me the best deal. I feel welcomed whenever I visit. Aury greets me with a big smile and always ready to help :)

What could be better than dealing with govt bureaucracy like the post office? Why, combining it with two other giant poor-customer-service corporations!! Lazy lazy employees, horrible hours, awful parking. Honestly they'd make a fortune selling Advil. Guaranteed to give you a headache and to swear to yourself you're never going back.

I would give no stars if possible. I am a positive person so I write this in hopes to simply steer people clear of this office. Not going to bash or get into details to deep. In short, not a very friendly guy working there. He is there all the time. Lost my package and when questioned basically said I can't do anything. Even though I handed it to him directly. Been there about 5 times in hopes I would get someone else or he would be in a better mood. Seems to not care very much. Charged me a few times for packaging when it wasn't necessary. Better off going to the post office directly on off hours.

They give you cheaper options to ship

Hen is incredibly rude. I had a package in hand and was about to ask him a question when he rudely and unexpectedly cut me off mid word and said “drop it there”. I was confused for a second and he said it again, “drop it there”. I asked him if I could finish my question and asked if I needed to sign anything or if it needed to be scanned. I don’t ever drop off packages so this is all new to me! I asked him about another package I had and he gave vague information like I knew what he was talking about. I asked him to repeat himself and he said with a very frustrated tone to let him finish what he is doing first and then he would help me. He was moving 2 boxes and apparently is unable to multitask. I felt like a child being scolded and told to be quiet in front of other customers. TERRIBLE SERVICE BY THIS MAN. Not friendly AT ALL! Will not be returning to this place.
