  Extremely rude staff. Very busy complaining about parking issues in Brickell. Then when they finally have the time to assist you, they will very rudely tell you “you got the wrong label!!!”
  Do yourself a favor and go to another USPS where the staff is genuinely happy to see you. Here it seemed like they were doing us a favor by just showing up their faces to work

  I walked all the way here only to discover that they are closed. They could at least have the courtesy to update their Google hours to reflect special holiday closures. You’d think a government agency would be more on top of basic communication.

  I am not joking. This is my favorite post office in the whole United States. All staff members are friendly and you never see a long line in this location. Every time, I need to send something, I get out of my way to send letter and packages here.

  No real parking lot - street parking only. I also noticed there is no sign anywhere on the street that there's a post office. This location is inbetween 2 buildings past a dog daycare.
  After finding it the employees are actually nice and don't lie to you just to get you out of their face. One of the best post offices in Miami because they actually process and ship your packages the same day (the bar is low, I guess.) Honestly just thankful for these guys
