  I went here for the first time last week and it's exceptional service for really good prices. My tech was being so precise and it showed that she cared about her job and customer service. 10/10

  I went to have pedicure done prior to vacation. The woman used a nail file from the table where another woman was getting her fingernails done to file my toenails. When I was finished, she hesitated on the price then gave me two different prices for the service. $35 then $42. I paid with $50 bill and she hesitated to give me any change. She said- you are going to give me a tip right? I will not be going back there.

  3 of us went to get nails and pedi. Not sure if it was the owner but inquired what services we were getting. But not even letting us in the building. Then asked if I wanted short or long nails. I said long, she said I don't do that. So why ask I say. Then proceeds to say she is checking a schedule and came back and told us she didn't have time but they close at 7pm. It's currently 3pm. There is no one getting services in the building it was empty.

  I can’t say enough great things about Tammy at US Nail on North Bend! I’ve been going to her for two years for mani/pedi’s. I’ve received gift certificates as gifts to other establishments and I’m either not happy with the results or choose to give the certificate to someone else because Tammy is by far THE BEST!
  She’s extremely professional, kind, personable and she makes my nails absolutely beautiful. I’m constantly getting compliments on how great my nails look and have sent many people to Tammy. We all keep going back to her! 💕

  Tammy was rude and rushed my SNS manicure and left color residue all over my cuticles. When I asked her nicely if she could clean up some of the residue around my cuticles, she laughed and told me to just "wash and it will come off".. it did not come off and I went to work with black stained cuticles. My manicure proceeded to break and wear down about a week later..
  
  This wasn't the first time that I had a negative experience with T at this salon but after that specific instance, I feel that it was the last straw.
  
  However, the young man that works at this location does a great job and has great customer service!
