My tech didn’t even ask what I wanted other than color. Then the tech rushed it so they could leave. I ended up paying 65 dollars for nails that have big spots without anything on it. Really don’t recommend.

Always a great experience. I have been loyal to Aaron and his team for a long time. He is very talented but I don’t feel the need to only request him. At least half of their technicians have done my nails at one point or another and they all have done a wonderful job. I have gotten manicures, pedicures, full sets, SNS and I even took my mother in law there at one point for the works. They always do such a good job. They are busy, which is a testament to how great their business is! You can tell that they all work very hard and do their best. I don’t mind being patient and I just know at this point appointments are the way to go. Even then, when I have walked in they always find a way to get me in. I am getting married in the fall and I am absolutely coming here for my bridal nails!

I have been going to this location for several years. . Rose is my go to girl, and it feels like family when I see her. I love the calm energy here. I have never ever been disappointed m. I can tell Aaron takes pride and has great passion for his business! Bravo.

This US nails location does a great job. My SNS polish is long lasting and the employees are very friendly. I learned quickly to always make an appointment vs a walk-in because they’re very busy. My only complaint is that the manicures are lacking (often skip steps related to cuticle care) and I sometimes feel that some of the staff (not all) are annoyed to have to take the extra time for a manicure. Otherwise, I recommend this location as a great option for your nails.

Salon is really pretty upon walking in. I got a shellac pedicure and shellac manicure. There are no prices listed anywhere inside or online. The tools were not cleaned in between uses and the manicure station was so dirty with remnants of other peoples’ nails and clippings I couldn’t put my hands down. I told my tech I wouldn’t lay my hands down because I felt stuff there and it wasn’t cleaned. I paid $105 before tip which I would normally not be concerned about for a gel mani/pedi but seeing the tools come out of crusty boxes and not sanitized - I do not think the prices reflect the services here. Also, I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and my tech bullied me out of my choices by criticizing them and tellIng me that wasn’t what I wanted. She then proceeded to take too much dead skin off my toe to where it was red and raw, and then squeezed it multiple times saying “does that hurt? That doesn’t hurt?” Members of our party chose not to have their services completed because of dissatisfaction and I regret not doing that also. The nails look fine.
