  Yasmin Martin provided a quick response to everything we inquired about. Information was accurate and she was very friendly and helpful. She was also able to expedite our application for a quick close and keep everything on track for the purchase of the home that we chose in the end. I would definitely recommend Yasmin and US Mortgage!

  Borrowers should stay away from this institution!! I had mortgage with this US mortgage late in 2021 in Cheery Hill NJ. They did not provide the closing cost up front when you apply for mortgage. I was shocked about the all the fees added to my application. They also requested numerous documents which were in sane. After closing they sold my mortgage to other mortgage company which I don't care since all the terms remain unchanged. Borrowers watch out for this!!!!!
