Extremely responsive and friendly. From the start of the experience to the end of it they were helpful and transparent with every part of the process. Definitely would recommend if you are in need of selling your house fast.

i was a tenant at one of their homes for rent in the new center area. the landlord (Shelby) is the queen of delays, she avoids the problems of the house until something drastic happens. if she does something for the house (as shes suppose to , its her job) she will not stop nagging about it. i moved out aug 1st 2020, and i still have not yet gotten my deposit back. before i moved in, there were heavy scratches on the floor and before i move out, she tried to claim that i made those scratches and wanted me to pay for the damages i didnt commit until i showed her a video i took before move in CLEARLY SHOWING THE MARKED UP FLOORS and he pretended she didnt see my messages or videos. absolutely horrible, i will not recommend anyone to do business with her. she really did ruin her husbands business .
