STAY AWAY - Loan Officers, I've been at this for 20+ years and they tried to recruit me. Sounded amazing when the recruiter initially spoke with me, buttttttttttttttt

When he then provided me with access to their Optimal Blue pricing, and after tracking them for several days, I found their rates, across the board, were consistently .50% (almost exactly) higher!

Recruiter said, "If pricing is all that matters the broker side is for you, we are about service and all our marketing options." To which I said, "$5,000 pricing difference on 5 loans that $25,000 would pay for a heck of a lot of marketing!" NOT TO MENTION NOT LOSING THE DEALS TO BEGIN WITH!

This group of people were fantastic to work with. They went above and beyond in order to get our closing done within 3 weeks. Working with John was something i cant find words to describe! He made buying my first home a blessing!
