Not a bathrobe & champagne kind of place!!! I booked a spa appointment with multiple services with a friend; they knew we were booking together. But I didn't see her until all services were done. Usually places try to schedule you & you party so you can at least have pedicures together; however that was not done. My pedicure was after my facial, which I have no complaints about, but before my body wrap & massage. My pedicurist warned me that based on the type of polish I got it might take up to 24 hours before it was completely dry. This worried me greatly as they didn't have lights or fans to dry my toes before my next treatments. Thought they did have a spa area waiting room I still was directed to sit & wait up front in between services. And I had to cart around all my belongings (I had a bag with clothes as my friend & I were going out to a nice dinner after) to each treatment room.

Was very disappointed with this place. Not a spa experience. No robe was provided. Had to change in and out of my clothes after every service. Waiting area by spa was not offered, had to wait by front door after each service. Staff was not accommodating. Was never asked about comfort level. Offered water only once throughout my 5 hours there and when I asked for something else the staff seemed inconvienced. Booked with a friend and didnt see her at all until all services were done. Skin cares did not seemed tailored to skin type. Left there an oily mess and no where to wipe off extra or even offered a towel.

Trent is the best hair dresser I have ever met. He is not only very professional but also very nice. My hair is just perfect, the cut and the color! Highly, highly recommended!
