One of the women was very rude to me. I walked up to the counter and said I had to pick up a package. She just stared at me, so I said some more stuff about how I accidentally got it delivered there and she says, "I know, I'm waiting for the tracking number." Like I was just supposed to know. Then she goes through each package saying how they were going to be sent back and thrown away.

Employee who helped me was gruff and not helpful. I felt rushed and pressured and felt as though giving them my business was a burden.
