One would trust that what you pay for you should receive in service
Recently I had my regular cut (which I mentioned to husband it was short to tell Mandie when goes in)
My routine color/cut following three weeks later as per scheduled Thursday April 13th.
Here lies poor judgement: She trimmed my neck, snipped from the front after the color.

They charged for full haircut and not just a trim

Unfortunately, the website does not accurately reflect what services are available. There's only one massage therapist for two locations yet the website states couples massages as an option.

Received a gift certificate as a gift. Used it for a facial with Kelli. It was wonderful! Returned often for services with Kelli for over a year prior to my daughter's wedding. Received more gift certificates as family knew I loved this treatment and Kelli. Called to find out Kelli had left. Very disappointed. More disappointed in Bella Lei that they stated she had started her own business but refused to provide me the information. It would have been MUCH more professional, gracious and supportive of a loyal customer and wonderful past employee to have shared this information. Will use my remaining certificates and not return. Does not reflect well on Bella Lei as a business or employer. They should have wished her well and let customers decide where to have their services.

Every single time I go to Bella Lei, I am treated like the most important person in the world. I have been a loyal customer for many, many years even when I lived quite a distance from Cedarburg. I have had nothing but top quality service, both from the folks in the wonderfully comfortable waiting area and the highly-skilled stylists. Yes, I pay a bit more at Bella Lei than I would elsewhere, but I have come to know and trust (even love) these wonderful folks. I look forward to every experience I have at Bella Lei. More than just a haircut, indeed.
