I have made multiple trips to have the engine oil changed in company vehicles. Each time, it took them one and a half hours from the time I dropped off my keys to the time I got them back in my hands. It's hard for me to believe there are so many satisfied customers when all of my experiences have been less than ideal.

My parents drive and own Honda SUV's, and sometimes for some parts that's not in auto parts stores and only available at the Honda dealer, my dad sends me to Urse Honda in Bridgeport to pick up some parts and lubricants for his and my mom's Honda SUV's. My dad has me go to Honda, cause I'm usually near the Honda dealer everyday, cause I have a job near I-79, Meadowbrook and White Oaks area. Anyway when buying parts, the parts department is very helpful to get what you need. Me and my parents have went to Urse Honda in Bridgeport, WV for parts or service since 2012. The dealer is nice and clean and everyone who works at the dealer is very professional.

Love the friendly staff. You are greeted with a smile and they walk you thru all the steps that they are going to do on your vehicle. Also, they tell you what needs done now and what can possibly be done at a later date. Thank you Chloe so much for all your work and you will always be my #1 Service Advisor!!!

Traded in our 2007 Honda Pilot on a certified 2016 Honda Pilot EX-L. Great people and work with us to get the price we wanted and a payment we could afford.

We showed up an hour before closing just to get an idea of what CRVs they had in stock. Despite already working a long day, Curtis greeted us and showed us what they had. They didn't have any paper takeaways, but he printed off the website page for us so we'd have the information on hand. We left shortly after, which gave us time to review our options, but Curtis assured us he'd be there tomorrow and to give him a call if we needed anything.
We came back bright and early the following morning after giving Curtis a call, and he was extremely helpful throughout the entire thing. All of the staff were nice and welcoming. I definitely recommend Urse Honda.response / report this review -

Everyone was super nice and helpful. They were very honest and buying our new vehicle was very easy. Staff stayed after hours to help us go over features of our new Honda pilot. Would definitely recommend.

It was great!. I happen to work at this dealership in the detail dept. Was not really expecting to get a new vehicle but ended walking away with a brand new 2017 CR-V thanks to Denny Cochran. Great guy!!. If your ever in the market for a new or used vehicle I recommend you look him up.

Worked with Curtis Evans who was extremely professional, courteous, accommodating and very knowledgeable. He worked so hard to make sure we were able to get into our new van! We now have a safe, reliable vehicle thanks to Curtis and the team at Urse!! I would recommend everyone to go and see them!!!! Thank you so much guys for all your hard work!

I just want to say a special thank you to Wayne at Urse Honda for making my trade on this 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon so easy. He let me and my dad ask all the questions and would not give up on getting the right deal that I wanted. Love the Jeep and miss the 13 Challenger RT Plus a little, but I can see so many good times in the future with me and my dog in this one. Thank everyone else that made it happen at Urse Honda for me. 5 stars all day.

I recently came in to look at the latest Honda Odyssey model because I'm in the market for a new mini van. I have not yet purchased because I'm still shopping around but I am definitely considering coming back to purchase. The saleswoman Jamie Bock was very helpful and friendly. She was very quick to answer any questions I had. I strongly recommend this place for its overall customer experience and competitive pricing.
