Oh my goodness I love this place! The prices were less than expected, they had a large variety of gorgeous dresses, and the staff was so kind and welcoming!! Ahhh I love this place and will be coming back (even though i already got three dresses ah 😍)

TERRIBLE customer service!!!! I noticed in the other reviews that people either really like this store because of the clothes or gave the store really bad reviews because of the customer service. I TOTALLY agree with the BAD customer service. We have shopped here for years but this experience will change all that. We were made promises about a sale the following day and followed the sale person advice to put the items on hold then to come back the next day for the sale price. Her idea, not ours. BUT the next day as soon as they opened not only would they NOT give us the sale price but the manager treat us terrible. She basically said she didn't believe us and gave me a lecture. I was so astounded that I just left the store. She may have saved the store $20 but I will NEVER shop in that store again. If I were the store owner, I would fire the manager. The employees are scared of her and I see why. Urban Wear has lost all credibility with me. They should stand behind what their employees promise instead of throwing the customer under the bus for believing them. GOODBYE Urban Wear! I will take my money somewhere else.

This store deserves ZERO stars. 14 days exchange or in store credit only. Fine. I bought a skirt and wore it to an event for two hours. When I came home it was splitting at the seams. When the item was taken back for an exchange the manager was called. The manager said no exchange because I wore the item. The item is DEFECTIVE. I own decades old clothes with no seam splitting. Do not shop here! The manager has no integrity and is dishonest!

I love this store! I just recently discovered it and they have really cute boutique items. The prices are decent, and they have sales sometimes. When the owner was there, she was super friendly and helpful (even taking the static out of the dress I was trying on). I went one other time and the employees weren't very helpful and were just standing behind the counter on their phones.

I just barely came from spending several hours at this location trying on clothes. I have never tried on that many clothes at a store, but everything I saw was seriously so adorable that I couldn't resist.

On top of that, not only were the clothes so cute, but the service was amazing. It was black Friday, and I was expecting everything to be hectic and crazy, but all the employees were so relaxed and helpful and SO friendly (not phony friendly either, but just genuinely nice). I had the greatest experience. They definitely value customer service and I will definitely be back again.
