Great experience renting 3 bikes for a 4 day weekend. They were set up and ready to go for us ahead of schedule. We turned them in 1/2 day early and were given some of the fees back which was a very nice surprise. A good and convenient place to go.

We came in looking for mountain bike rentals and Keith and John did an amazing job not only putting us in the right bikes but helped us design the perfect mountain biking trip for us. They went above and beyond to ensure our experience was fantastic. Could not recommend any higher. Excellent products and excellent service!

Convenient, service good. We came to ski as only had 5 days. Flew in and was ready to ski the following morning as Bahnhof was open it 9pm. Service was professional and understood just how to recommend best equipment for the skier's level (had 4 with varied levels-skiers & boarders.) Only reason we did not give them a 5 was we had an appointment and had to wait 30 minutes before they could accommodate but it was because they were giving personal service to others.

These guys are the best! Great location, 1 block from Town Lift. Rentals couldn't be an easier!!! Also, great spot for a wax or tune.

Great customer service and good prices. Went in to find a part for my snowboard bindings and was helped right away. They had the correct part and helped me put my bindings back together.

Customer service is the most important part of any business and it is great here! Better prices than anywhere else in Park City and better service too! I would recommend them to anyone wanting to rent a mountain bike. Close to all the trails and right downtown. Got off the bike and wanted to rent again after the employee talked with me about the Tour of Utah for 10 minutes. Visited August 2016.
