Diana helped me out and she was absolutely AMAZING! I went to other bridal shops and the worker treated me like it was "all business." At Pritchett Bridal I felt important and special. I could tell that Diana, as well as the other workers, really cared about building the best possible experience for me. Not to mention, she was a blast and just made wedding dress shopping fun! I would 100% recommend brides to shop here. Very accommodating and just a place with the best atmosphere and vibes. I could go on and on about how much I loved my experience here ☺️❤️

The dresses were gorgeous and the service was great! We loved the lady who helped us out. The selection of dresses, however, is fairly small compared to other places. Also they work best with an over $1000 budget, with just a few dresses on sale for cheaper.

I LOVE AVENIA! I felt like a princess here! I had Diana and she made the entire process so easy. Every consultant made me feel like the most beautiful bride and built me up the entire appointment. Diana helped me sort through my thoughts about all of the dresses and eventually find MY dress. She was very helpful and was always there to answer any questions or concerns that I had. I definitely recommend Avenia Bridal!

Truly the best customer service for a bridal shop. Every girl is very helpful and involved with what you want. They never pressure you or get in your face about their products. I have probably been the most indecisive customer and everytime I have felt like going back to try my dress on they have been super nice about it and even when they had a lot of appointments to take care of the owner of the place still went out of her way to me at that exact moment. And I'm convinced they have the best gowns/dresses in all of Utah county. Very classy and modern at reasonable prices. I highly recommend coming to them and BUYING from them. I wish they even had bridesmaid dresses or flower girl dresses because I would for sure be buying that too from them. 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

Super helpful. Went in without the intention to buy and was comparing all the dresses to one I found. But they were super helpful. Didn't have as much of a selection that I wanted, but were knowledgeable about the lines and dresses they had in stock. I had a great experience. Very clear and answered all my questions. Even got a discount! Super sweet girls and really glad I went AND BOUGHT A DRESS!!!

We got my dress from Avenia and we couldn't be happier! The girls helped me alter and change my dress! They were amazing and my dress is absolutely perfect! The staff was friendly and helpful and made the whole experience amazing! We are from out of town and they were great with working around our schedule and making sure the dress was ready! Stephanie was so helpful and more than fair with the price of our dress and made us feel like my wedding was the most important thing to her! I am so happy that I went with Avenia! Thank you so much!

Although I didn't find my dress here, while I was looking this store was amazing. Very friendly and made a huge difference while shopping. Made me feel very comfortable while dressing and changing which really does help! I would recommend anyone looking to check here for sure.

Absolutely incredible. The ladies working at Avenia, especially Jillian, were incredible. Everyone was so helpful to make sure that I felt comfortable and pretty in all the dresses I tried on. Avenia offers a fantastic selection of modest dresses from a bunch of different designers. They are all reasonably priced, gorgeous and unique.

After visiting several shops my wife found a perfect fit at Pritchett Bridal! Friendly knowledgeable staff, full service, and very flexible with timelines and alteration needs. This place is a godsend! Other bridal stores in orem don't hold a candle to this place.

I wanted to come here and have a fun time trying on dresses, but instead I left feeling very disappointed and upset. My representative was very young and seemed inexperienced. She didn't know how to read people and wouldn't leave us alone when we asked if we could just be left to our own devices. Instead she had me come out onto a pedestal in a dress I didn't like and asked me what I didn't like about it. I was very visibly uncomfortable but she kept pressing me. Most of the dresses were very small and wouldn't fit over my hips, which didn't make me feel great. The girl said that if I could get them over my hips, that we could use clips to show how it would look when it was tailored. The only problem is that that only works when you can get a dress on your body. She also said that the uppper end of the price range they offered was $2,000, but we found one for over $4,000. In the end, I left in tears as my bridesmaid deflected the salesgirl so I could make a quick escape. While some of the dresses were pretty, they ran small and were overpriced. I wouldn't recommend this shop.

I went to several stores until I found this one amazing jewel! They had high quality unique styles that I instantly fell in love with. They had great service and worked with me and my unique situation since I was living in Colorado. Best bridal shop ever!
