  Upon arrival, my daughter and I were greeted with a warm welcome. We were escorted to the changing area were we found our locker, robe and sandals to wear in the spa. The changing area was very clean and there were some basic toiletries available should you want to shower afterwards.
  The lounge area was well kept, ambience was relaxing and there was cucumber water available along with tea and a light snack.
  Mark was very professional. After greeting me, he made sure to understand what I wanted, my problem areas and the amount of pressure I would be comfortable with.
  Mark's magic hands provided me with the best massage I have ever had. He is the Nirvana in this establishment.
  I'm looking forward to returning when I visit the area again.

  I had a great experience here for my birthday this week! I have had massages in my life especially in Aspen, Colorado but the experience I had with massage therapist HANNAH was OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING! I felt like I went to "heaven and then back to earth!" Every moment seem to open so many channels in my body that I was not aware of before my massage. She knew my problem areas just by doing a body scan with her hands. She told her time and really left me in AW! I will be back in two weeks and make sure I have regular massages! My body is not in pain and I feel like I can think clearer and are happier! Self care is important and as a therapist I love knowing I can trust someone else bring my body back into balance when I sometimes fail to do it myself! HANNAH!!! Thank you! I truly feel you have the gift of a HEALER! ❤

  Horribly managed. Karina and the massage itself were fantastic, but the poor service at the front desk altered the entire experience. I purchased a massage online in November for my mother as a Christmas present, providing my credit card info and telephone number in the reservation. The front desk called me 4 times and also texted me once in the month-span to confirm the reservation. My mother received her massage and then the front desk rudely claimed that they hadn't received credit card information or a telephone number to reach me. The kept pestering her impatiently about the details of the payment.. Which she did not know as she repeatedly told them that she received the massage as a gift. I was able to call and give my payment info over the phone; however, I am disappointed in the way the staff treated my mother and the blatant inefficiency of their system. I would not recommend.

  Urban Nirvana offers a relaxing environment at a convenient location. I have never been disappointed. The massages are great and there are a variety of options. Love the online booking tool.
  Favorite masseuse - Martin Trow. Deep Tissue King.
  Great staff, always friendly.
