Wonderful experience! My 5 year old son had a bad experience at a previous dentist that created a lot of anxiety. We have never been able to do a full exam and cleaning. The team at Urbach Pediatric Dentistry is as good as they come. We not only were able to do X-rays but an exam AND cleaning. My son left with a smile on his face and said he loved this dentist!

From the moment you walk in your child will be entertained, happy and comfortable. They have a working train that goes around the ceiling, a train station light, disney characters on the wall and a movies playing for kids in the waiting room. The receptionist is very nice and helpful. When you are on the way back, there are some coin vending machines and you get a token if you are good on your visit to get a toy at the end, so that is an excellent way of positive reinforcement to encourage your child to behave and have something to look forward to. The dental assistant is very kind and patient. The hygenist is very kind, patient and thorough. The doctor Mr. Urbach is very informative to let you know what is going on with your child's development and what to expect by or before your next visit. He tells you of any and all problems, if there are any. He gives you an honest explanation on what you can be expecting in the future so you can properly prepare for it. I highly recommend going here for everyone and especially if you have special needs children. The doctors and staff really take care of you and your child will have the best dental experience and be very well taken care of. It is definitely worth the drive for an excellent dentist for your child, the quality of care and attention to detail on the environment, staff, cleanliness and overall dental experience that will last a lifetime. Good oral health is the key to a healthier future!

I am very disappointed about it. I made an appointment for my kids dentist check one month in advance. That day is the fall holiday. I know that day may be popular, so I booked it one month earlier. But when I arrived on time, They told me that it is not available. My appointment is on the morning of the next day. That’s impossible Because that is the only day students do not need to go to school.They did not send me any appointment confirmation email or change my appointment with no call, no notice, no email. I will never choose this place. It’s waste your time.
