I enjoyed a flight of 6, all very tasty. We bought a six pack to go. It's hidden behind the airport, off the beaten path, even some locals didn't know where it was. Great Michigan decor. Great service. Great beer. The only bad part is you can't get their brews in lower Michigan. All the more reason to stop in and try it if you're in the area.

Drove down in a hurry from Ishpeming to find out on a Sunday at 6pm it was closed. Everything said 7 pm. Was trying to hit every brewery in the UP on a trip, but now this one is a miss. There was a group of 12 other people that showed up at the same time as us to find out the same thing. Disappointing.

Delicious brews at a good price. Friendly people pouring the beer. There is also a nice patio for an outdoor drink. No food, so bring some with or order delivery from a local place.

It's in a very odd location. Had a good time on the outdoor patio. The prices are very fair. The beer was good, about what you would expect. Nothing really stood out. Black Bear is still my favorite.
My only complaint is that they won't fill growlers that aren't purchased there. We were camping and always have a couple clean growlers with us. I don't need another growler.
