  UICCU has been great and this location is as good as any other. Besides the usual banking activities I've dropped in when we needed a notary on short notice. The branch manager took care of us in minutes. Their interest rates for loans are market leading and the additional services such as insurance are getting better all the time. I highly recommend keeping your business local with UICCU.

  Go somewhere that actually wants your businessThey took over 400$ out of my account for an error on their behalfA "lost" piece of paper. I took my vehicle loan from UICCU to Vibrant after only 3 months because they treated me as if I was uneducated and refused to get me in contact with their higher ups My experience was so bad that I decided to go to a University other than U of I. They will NOT receive my tuition moneySteer clear
