Amazingly nice people. Went in for two tires. He gave me two almost new tires at an unbelievable price. Very friendly. I would recommend anyone stop in there.you wont be disappointed.

Awesome service, very friendly & great prices! Been to other places in Richmond for used tires and this spot is the cheapest and good used tires. Shout out to Steve..he is a great guy and will even work with you on prices. Great group of guys he has working there too.

This is the second time I've gotten tires here. The service both times has been fantastic, and the prices are more than fair. The fellas even stayed late to make sure I got my tires on before the weekend, accommodating my work schedule. In addition to this, my friends that have came here in the past have also been treated well. As long as I live in Richmond, this is the only place I'll buy tires.

I've been there twice and gotten fantastic service both times. The first time I lost a brake line. The got it fixed that day for about $100 (less than half of what I was quoted elsewhere). The second time, I had a tire go out on me and, after putting on the spare, the car wouldn't start. Called University Tire and they immediately told me, for free, that my make and model has a fuel pump cut off mechanism in the trunk that had been triggered by the impact of the tire blowing and that all I had to do was hit the reset button. Then I brought the car to them to replace the tire and they got me going for under $40 in under an hour. Absolutely fantastic.
