So, this is what I've found after going to Mike's several (4?, 5?)

1. Very honest: if they can't do something, they tell me; if they don't find a problem, they tell me
2. Willing to listen to what the problem is not in 30 second increments like the BMW dealer, but in depth
3. Willing to spend time; if they need to go on a test drive, they do
4. Honest pricing; not the cheapest, not the most expensive, fair
5. On time, on budget
6. A very relaxed place

Mike, Carlos and the team are well versed to diagnose and repair your BMW or Mini. The shop is clean, staff well trained and experienced, offer courteous service - all at a fair price. I feel like I found my new mechanic for all my car needs. Try them and I think you'll say the same.

Customer service and professionalism is totally amazing Very knowledgeable BMW staff/ mechanics. Use Mike's for all my BMW Services. Very reasonable cost for extremely reliable service. Do not over-pay at dealerships when you can depend on Mike's.

These guys are great. I am a car dealer , and I refer my customers to Mike's Beemer shop whenever they need to service there BMW.
The guys are straight no BS. There prices are fair and the job is always well done. Mike the owner knows his BMWs . Never had a complaint about there service or the quality of there work.
Will recommend Mike's Beemer Shop to anyone who needs to repair or service there BMW.
