Never know who you going to see but the colors here maybe crimson and white.. but the sky is always orange and blue!! War Eagle! I support both.. until game day!! Lol
Lots of closed shops and vacant space. Every time I go in I believe more shops have closed. Of course Sears has now closedand 3 or 4 of the food court choices have closed. It is turning into a sad story quickly. I used to go there for Radio Shack and Sears (Craftsman tools).and lunch. I guess I'm just a dinosaur. And so is University Mall.
Some areas if University Mall seem to be in need of updates. Some businesses are trying to "cram" to much merchandise into their space which makes for unpleasant shopping experiences for handicapped individuals. Most shops cater to the younger generation and many cater to those who are only thin, older women have very few shops from which to select.
There is a lot of unnecessary loitering on the weekends so perhaps adding some type of organized entertainment, fashion shows, musical groups, talent show, or cultural events would help curtail some of that.
Pretty much what you expect from a mall. Clothing stores, shoe stores, jewelry and accessories. Phones and electronics. Food court. Kinda small, so options are limited. The design is pretty convenient, probably the best feature. Nothing too remarkable about this mall, but I'd miss it if it was gone.
I grew up going to this mall and just hanging out. It was great during my teens with many stores but now it seems pretty empty compared to what it used to be. Some stores aren't that organized and finding a clean table if you choose to eat in the food area can be hard at times. Overall it's still decent but it seems to be slowly dying like other indoor malls.
Great place to shop. Great choice of food, fast food or dining. Good atmosphere.
This could be a great place if they had more marketable stores. This is a small city so people only really shop during the holiday seasons.
Nice food court, good store selection, great place for the game day bus service. Restrooms need to be closer to food court as it is a long trek for a pit stop when catching theme day bus. Applebee's there is not bad as a whole but they never seem to plan very well for extra customers on game day.
Enjoyed my shopping spree at Sears. Found everything I need for a lot less than I expected. Can't wait to go back.
This place is great. Deals galore I found everything i was looking for, and the ppl were very nice
Roman's has really good pizza, a Good Samaritan donated me a slice, so only the best of people eat there. Bless you random gramdma.
This mall is slowly going downhill. The shops are not well stocked and there's not much order in the stores. The drive to Birmingham is definitely worth it.
Love this mall has everything , this mall is for everyone from your affordable stores to he most expensive. But the food area is not so good sometimes the food is very bad. Very clean mall and nice employees . I wish I could pick this mall up and place it in my neighborhood. So great to have an indoor mall on those really hot or cold days.
Always busy, large selection of stores and interior is decorated nicely with sitting areas, plants and fountain. Nicely done food court with wide selection.
