I'm not impressed with this place. It doesn't stand up to outlet malls I have been to in other states. No high end outlets you can buy descent clothes and other merchandise. Stores constantly opening and closing. I'd like to see better efforts from mall management to do a better job of bring better outlet stores for the surrounding communities to come and shop.

Great outlet mall. Many great stores, lots of bargains. Shopped while waiting for our movie to start at the drive-in. We paid for our movie tickets, parked, walked across parking lot to the mall. Very convenient.

I love that they have many different stores. I gave them 4 stars because when it's raining, you'll have to walk outside in the rain to get to some place you want to go to. Also, the food court does not have many options. I ate dinner there one time, it was okay. They used to have a BBQ place and loved their potato salad, but it was gone the next time I got there.

LOVE IT!! My sister & I have been 'Black Friday' shopping here for 3 years now. It has become our "Twin Tradition." I have been able to fill most of my Christmas shopping list here & have saved hundreds of dollars on name brand items because of the wonderful deals they offer. I have a big family so a lot of gifts to buy & the Outlet Shops have allowed me to purchase good quality name brand gifts on a budget! Also, all of the stores, the food court & the restrooms are ALWAYS clean. All of the staff here are very friendly & helpful! Wonderful shopping experience!!

I went there on Tues to shop American eagle and had a great experience. I found some jeans on sale. Went there today to eat in the food court with my daughter and had a great experience. The mall is decorated for Christmas and looks great. Festive and fun. The weather was a nice crisp fall day. It all put me in a good mood.

Came across this gem while driving and stopped by. Bathrooms were clean, Food court looked reasonable and the shops were awesome. The GAP factory store and H&M store employees were super nice and helpful

Great shopping! It's best if it's not raining since you must walk outside to go to each store. There is an indoor food court or outdoor picnic tables. There is also a drive-in for movies.

Nice selection of stores for all budgets. Love that it has Coyote Drive In theater with mini golf, a bar and restaurant. Also good food in the food court, but a bit pricey. Great place.

Not a fan of the food court, but the stores at this location are great. Variety of options and decent prices. I would not call it outlet prices more so than sale items. Enjoy the cleanliness and overall look!

I visited here for the first time a few weeks back. I was really surprised at how well organized and clean this outlet shopping area was. It’s all our doors but it feels like a giant mall. I definitely recommend any & everyone to pay a visit to these outlet shops, you won’t be disappointed.

The walking streets throughout remind me of European travel. The maintenance crew does an outstanding job of keeping the footpaths clean and the restrooms (ladies) tidy. Finding the right store is easy with well placed locators and there are so many to choose. I've only eaten in the food court one time but it was tasty for fast-food dining. I'll definitely shop here again.

I like the Shops of grand River but I'm not a huge fan. It presents itself as an outlet mall but I wouldn't categorize many of the shops as actually outlet stores. Their food court is fairly lacking and it seems like they have trouble keeping stores there and attracting a nice mix of businesses. They have however added a drive in movie theater and it looks like an H&M is on the horizon which I'm VERY excited about. I'll visit again soon and update my review accordingly but for now it's just alright.

First visit to your area for shopping a few things while traveling. Enjoyed the scenery and the details for Audubon. Greatly​ benefit information​ on site location from the outside direct. Maybe I missed a primary site location. I came in from I-20W and 78 and parked on this side of the Ralph Lauren's​. Bit of a walk back. Didn't see any parking lettering. I just know you'll have senior parking cart's and rest in a shade. I have to say it reminded me of six flags. I was thrilled when I found out about Hanes.Time permits I will be back.
Could easily see dinner and movie after shopping and a cooler ​drink to head home or back to hotel before sleep. Great idea area. Vacation day for you guys.response / report this review -

Great selection of stores for an outlet mall. Reconnecting with the terrific deals at VF makes the trip worthwhile on its own. Add a food court that doesn't price-gouge and an honest-to-goodness drive-in theater and you can easily lose an entire day here. The only drawback is is distance from anywhere else.

They have added a four screen drive-in theater, a playground, a miniature golf course, video games and a large snack bar/bar which is great for families as well as couples and singles. There is something for everyone. You can take the family or a date and make a day of it ending with a movie! Great concept.
