University Hospitals has a communication issue with their primary care physicians. I visited a doctor and was told they accepted my insurance. 6 months later I received a bill for the full amount. They understand they made an error but won't accept responsibility and are holding me financially responsible for their mistake. After weeks of trying to resolve the issue they have been unresponsive at best. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere!!!

Our son had a brain tumor removed at 14 months olds. The doctors, nurses and staff are great.

The nurses are rude They will completely ignore any questions you have to long of a wait people with a cold are seen faster than actual emergencies.. I have been here since 8:30pm last night still havent been seen.. I know who im sewing if i lose my baby!!!!. DONT COME HERE AT ALL. Anything that is 3 stars or up are either for the pediatric department or they are lying to look good this one nurse his name is brayten he help me out the best he could and i sure do appreciate that thank you

I suffered a brain aneurysm ten years ago yesterday at 35 yo. I was in the NICU the entire time at Case. They fixed my head and I'm alive today. I was in a lot of pain and was a huge pain, I know; but the staff and nurses, etc were kind and understanding, and did their jobs. My five star rating reflects how I feel about my experience being taken care of at Case in my situation. I did not "Love" having an aneurysm, but I got a helicopter ride. Karin

If your honestly looking for a hospital, I would never suggest Univesirty Hospital. Before I sat up to get my physical done (that you have todo when joining the hospital), I ask when can be the soonest I can see a psychiatrist. I was told by three different between a week or two week time frame. After I had my physical (which was a total waste of time and money to show me how much I weight, how tall I am, and ask personal questions about me life.. Only was there for 10-15 mins), the doctor refer me to see a psychiatrist. So I went to see the receptionist to make the appointment. Lady said she'll take care of it once she's done eating.
As I waited for a phone call for little a week, I decide to call the psychiatrist office to see if they have received my referral. They have not and the doctor I seen never called it in or sent the information. I called over to the doctors office to see what happen. They told me they sent the information over and should be calling me. After I waited another week and a half, I get a phone stating that I can't see a psychiatrist till 4 and half months from then I went and seen another doctor, psychiatrist, and got treated for my condition within two week period.
So after arguing with University Hospital about me being billed for a appointment I did not need to do the fact they came false information. Still wanted me to pay close to $200 for a physical. This is still even after the fact they billed me for things that I did not even received.
This place is honestly a joke!
