  I only lived here a summer and that was plenty. Lost a lot of money. I lived here for the pool and amenities which were closed most of the summer anyways. Talked to someone about my concern and got told they'd call back and never did. Most in the office acted like they hated their jobs. Awful customer service. During construction, allowed people in and out of our place and told us to lock up our valuables in our rooms, come back and my room had been unlocked by maintenance without my consent. Poor communication. The renovation is beautiful but no where near worth the cost of living. Spent too much money to feel as if we are nothing. Late fees were outrageous. definitely money hungry. I highly don't recommend living here.

  Good apartments but not for the very high price. Management responds most of the time. The staff is usually helpful. The bus service is fantastic. Key cards are archaic and deactivate when they are near a magnet or a phone. Two pretty common items key cards are around. If it deactivates you are locked out of your apartment and maintenence does not come for awhile. Parking is great but they take major advantage a charge people $25 for a guest pass on Hallo
  oween. They also threaten to tow your car. The parking issue does not need to be handled in such a adversarial way.

  I lived in University Courtyard for two years. The management is terrible. They have No customer service skills. The front assistant Lindsey always has an attitude, as if asking her to do something is not apart of her job description. The only they do right is submit maintenance problems and get it taken care of right away. The apartments are nice but they don't do very much cleaning before you move in. They will also lie and say you didn't clean your apartment after you move out, so please take pictures. They are very money hungry, so everything is a charge. Please do yourself a favor and go across the street to the Summit apartments you'll have better luck I'm sure.
