The cabin was great. Small and cozy. Not very hard to find. We came down from the Cleveland area. We had all the essentials there. Cooking utensils, towels etc
The only thing we had am issue with was the water. It smelled funny to us and left our skin feeling slimy. I don't think its an issue sunrise can fix so I don't blame them for it.

My husband and I spent 4 relaxing days at Sunrise Log Cabins in early September, in the 2 person Country Cottage. What a beautiful and comfortable place! Immaculately clean, peaceful, quiet, private. The bed was comfortable, the jacuzzi and all appliances worked great. Every convenience was provided: utensils, dishes, glasses, TV, DVD,CD player. We so enjoyed soaking in the jacuzzi on the covered deck at night! The deck of this cabin was open in the back so we could stargaze while we soaked. We spent a lot of time sightseeing but we also spent a lot of time in the cabin because it was so nice. The property is located a couple of miles from the entrance to Old Man's Cave trail entrance and visitor's center and approx 5 miles from the city of Logan.

About the "junk pile" mentioned in a previous review - it is not part of the property but is on private property at the end of the public road that leads to it. Remember, you are in the foothills of Appalachia, consider it part of the experience! :) Slow down as you go by, you will be amazed at the stuff piled up in that place. Sunrise Log Cabins property is well maintained, safe and secure.
