I work as a dispatcher for a car dealership/parts delivery company and had a driver break down on me on 83 in the mid day. After playing phone tag with pretty much everyone else in the area, I found Universal. At first, we couldn't work things out due to how busy a time a day it was. After a while I received a call that their dispatcher had moved things around to be able to help me out, understanding the situation we were in. We were told an hour and half for the truck to arrive, and that was spot on. Driver and truck made it home safely in time for dinner, and the extra effort will not be forgotten. Definitely would recommend to anyone in need.

Called to have my car towed and was told they would be arriving in an hour. I called twice after waiting an hour and was told that the driver was 10-15 minutes away and was driving slow because of the rain. An hour later, the tow driver still hadn’t arrived to my location. Horrible service and unorganized.

If I could give no stars I would worst place ever never experienced anything like that in my life everything missing out of the car even my back license plate was missing. the car was ransacked and heaven help if your car was at the other lot you can't even find nobody to even get to the car get in the car or nothing else

They don’t come when they say they are going to come then they don’t answer the phone causing you to have your car picked up by the police and pay extra seven hundred and fifty dollars. Don’t believe them.
