Worse experience ever. Rude employee. Didn't ger his name but he must have the night shift. He has a beard and many tatoos. He treated me with no respect or consideration.

What good things can a person say about a place that towed his car. It was towed PPI by mistake. And even with the people who signed for the tow admitting to them they made a mistake the tow yard would not lower their fee. Had to pay almost 2000 to get my truck out and it shouldn't have even been there. SUCKS, there goes the money I needed to fix the transmission just to save the truck.

The worst , I had been in a really ba accident and was very sore and could barely move so I brought my sister and boyfriend along with me to get some personal item out of my car . The women in the front said I need my ID and registration I let them know that it’s in my car they told me that only one person was allowed to go to the car I explained to them that I was too injured to crawl through the windows of the car and all the doors we jammed shut from the accident . The women in the front then agreed to let my sister and I back to retrieve the items and then when I was leaving a man started screaming at us saying that he’s gonna call the police because I Took items from my own car ( items they request I get like my ID and registration). Very unprofessional screaming and cussing it’s not worth it . I don’t recommend anyone using this service by choice
