  I give this rating to Dana for being well informed, patient, and over all a wonderful person that I had the privilege to speak with and helped me greatly. I had to call several times and the only time I did not speak to Dana the woman was rude with a tone of voice that she did not want to be at work, continued on to tell me right away that I couldn't do it over the phone I had to come in person, which was not true. I hope everyone in the Hall county tax commissioners office knows and learns from Dana's great customer service skills. Thank you again Dana

  I love the new tag office. Im never there longer then 20 mins. Its quicker and it up to date. Everyone is nice and has a lovely smile.

  Quick and fairly short waits. They seem to be well staffed at all the right times. The staff I have talked with are all quite nice!
