They came to St. Louis to help assist with the widespread cleanup efforts after a few days of record rains. They showed up at our office ready to go and got to the cleanup right away. Our insurance agent commented on the quality of their equipment setup and that it followed thoughtful best-practice standards. Our site contact for United was professional, communicative, and responsive, especially when more rain came after equipment was already in place.

She is extraordinary at her job offering excellent communication and went the extra mile in multiple occasions. She is incredibly kind and made a very stressful situation manageable for us. When a tree fell on my house I was overwhelmed by who I would call for all the repairs. My insurance agent suggested I call United Services. That is the only call I ever had to make.
Joe was right here to meet my adjuster and assess the damages and Zach, as the project supervisor, went above and beyond start to finish. I was always kept informed, there were no surprises. My house looks beautiful. I can’t thank them enough.

United services did the restoration of our duplex in a very professional, timely manner. They went way beyond what we expected. Kip really know his stuff and treats you as a client better than any business these days. He is awesome. About 4 years after he did a job for us, I was having some trouble in fixing some cabinet's drawers, United Services came back and fixed it at no cost. Which business these days has such a service?
